My Story
For 15 years I was all about that hustle. Climbing the ladder, doing the work, working myself into the ground every single day to prove myself worthy of success and praise.
It was exhausting. And completely draining, disheartening, and unsustainable.
My turning point came in 2021 when I hit complete burnout and thought, there has to be a better way. That’s when I decided to join a coaching program designed for those struggling with burnout.
It was the best decision I ever made.
I knew it was time to take the big leap and start Won Daily and follow my purpose: To help people unlock their full potential.
Looking deep inside, I reflected on what I learned about leadership in our world of constant turmoil and change. There had to be a better way for leaders to manage their teams. For companies to take care of their workers. For workers to avoid the burnout, turnover, and discontent that plague so many industries.
So I decided to take what I learned about leadership and bring it directly to those who manage teams of all sizes. To influential men and women who could embrace this human way of leading to empower their teams to thrive like never before.

Now my path takes me forward to a new way to lead. A healthier, more human approach to work.
